The TRADITIONAL Tahitian Wedding Ceremony (40 minutes) | 1 003 EURO / Couple

The couple is dressed with Traditional Tahitian costumes in their room. The groom is shipped to the "motu" on a traditionnal outrigger canoe, dancers support the bride from the room to the Motu where the ceremony takes place. The couple is greeted by the sound of "Pu", the songs & Yukuleles and are escorted on the "motu" to the altar where the priest awaits them. With a subtle blend of Polynesian tradition and weddings' symbols, and accompanied by the music and songs of the band, the Master of Ceremonie makes the couple's union.
 
He provides flowers leis necklaces & crowns , the couple exchange these flowers as a sign of exchanging their vows. They are then baptized with their Polynesian name and given a wedding certificate. Upon leaving the Motu, dancers wrap the couple with a traditional "Tifaifai" (Polynesian wedding quilt) and close the ceremony with a dance show celebrating the couple's happiness while they can enjoy a Matai cocktail served in a coconut shell. The couple is then escorted to their room, where a bottle of Champagne is awaiting them.

This ceremony is similar to the "Traditional Tahitian Ceremony", with a larger group of dancers who will perform a longer show for the couple and the invited guests.

Polynesian Ceremony of Renewal of Vows (15 minutes) | 772 EURO / Couple

The ceremony takes place on the little "motu" next to the Le Lotus restaurant, for an intimate atmosphere. The couple are prepared together in their room, they are then accompanied to the place of the ceremony by the coordinator, where they are greeted by the priest and a local musician. According to Polynesian tradition the Master of Ceremonies proceeds with the renewal of vows, the couple exchanges flowers neckless & crowns, the priest baptizes the couple with their Polynesians names. The couple are wrapped with the traditional "Tifaifai", and receive the final blessing of the priest with the sond of guitars and Yukuleles.

MANUARII Polynesian Wedding Ceremony | 230 EURO / Couple

This ceremony takes place on the motu, covered by multicolored flowers, with the island of Moorea rising majestically across the crystal waters of the lagoon.
A Polynesian Master of Ceremonies welcomes the couple. Throughout the ceremony, bride and groom are comfortably seated in traditional Pomare chairs (Tahitian king & queen chairs) and given a unique Tahitian name inscribed on the wedding certificate.
The union is blessed and the couple is given a tropical love cocktail to end the wedding ceremony.

The ceremony takes place at sunset on the resort beach. The ceremony grounds are set up and decorated in the Polynesian way with flowers. The bride and the groom are dressed in "pareu". The couple is brought to the ceremony ground by the hostess and the Vahine dancer. They are greeted by the Master of Ceremony and the musicians to the sound of the guitar and ukulele. The Master of Ceremony proceeds the renewal of the vows in Tahitian. He provides flower leis and the couple exchanges these flowers as a sign of exchanging their vows. The couple is then baptized with their Tahitian name and covered with the traditional "Tifaifai" (Tahitian wedding quilt). The ceremony ends with the Tapa dance and the Aparima dance performed by the Vahine dancer to symbolize their renewed joy.

The groom arrives by outrigger canoe, to the sound of the conch shell or "Pu" and greeted by the bride while the group sings the tradional song "Haere mai na tau here". The Master of Ceremony unites the couple. He provides flowers leis and the couple exchange these flowers as a sign of exchanging their vows. They are then baptized with their Tahitian names and given a marriage certificate. The dancers cover the couple with the traditional "Tifaifai" (Tahitian wedding quilt).

The experience of a wedding ceremony performed at the Tiki Village will be one to cherish for years to come. Upon their arrival at the Tiki Village by outrigger canoe, the couple is greeted by a festive band of local musician and Polynesian dancers. The bride is then escorted to the ceremonial hut where she is prepared for the wedding. Inside the hut she is dressed like a Tahitian Princess. Meanwhile the groom is tattooed (with a pen) and dressed like a Tahitian Chief.

This ceremony takes place on the white sand beach covered by multicolored flowers and coconut palm fronds, with the emerald green Mount Otemanu rising majestically across the crystal waters of the lagoon. The Master of Ceremonies will dress the couple in the traditional white wedding pareos and floral crowns. Each will arrive at the beach by a decorated outrigger canoe with hymns of Polynesian love songs sung by the group of musicians and dancers.

The ceremony starts: Tahitian songs and dances are performed in honor of the couple's union.
Bride and groom are given a unique Tahitian name, also inscribed on the wedding certificate remitted to them afterwards.

To complete the ceremony, the couple is wrapped in the traditional Polynesian wedding quilt, the Tifaifai: the union is blessed. The newly wed couple is offered a tropical love cocktail, while the dance group performs the last traditional wedding dance. The Master of Ceremonies chooses the songs in accordance to the spiritual union of the couple with the forces of nature, and the dance show is more elaborated and extensive.

Morning starts with an outrigger canoe ride which leads the couple to the motu where the Polynesian wedding takes place.

Afterwards, the couple is conducted to another motu for the Polynesian lunch, with the table is set in the lagoon.
