REMARKS:

1. All rates are nets, per person, in Euro. They are valid from January 01st to December 31st, 2011 Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

2. For your information:
The local city tax is not included in the above packages. For your information, the 2011 Communal Taxes to be paid directly by the client on spot are as follows :
- Tahiti (Communes of Papeete, Punaauia, Faaa, and Arue): 150 cfp / night / pax
- Moorea: 150 cfp / night / pax
- Raiatea: 100 cfp / night / pax
(Fixed Exchange rate: 1 Euro = 119.33 cfp – Tahitian Franc)

3. Handling fees to be added as per contract rate.

4. All transfers & excursions are quoted on a “Seat In Car” basis.

5. For security reasons and due to the hikes difficulty, please note that a minimum of 12 years old is requested for the above excursions.

6. The suppliers have accepted to operate these programs based on a MINIMUM of 2 adult pax travelling together. They do reserve the right to have other clients joining the party on some excursions. Consequently, please note that these programs are non private ones. Please ask for private or group rates.

7. Moreover, for security reasons again, please note that the hikes will be immediately cancelled (and non refunded) if only one pax is present upon departure.

8. The selected hikes and excursions are accessible to people with a good general physical condition. Please be advised that in tropical countries like French Polynesia, elevation is not a difficulty criteria: high humidity and temperatures can alter your physical condition. Please do not over estimate your abilities of endurance.

Most of the hikes involve numerous river crossings; adequate shoes and clothing are highly recommended (specific equipment: ropes, wetsuits…being always provided by the guide when necessary)

9. Excursions
- "Full Day Inner Island Safari" is not available on 25dec & 01jan. Furthermore, please note that the picnic lunch is no longer included within the 2011 tour rates and should be paid on spot directly.
- “SSV Rhino guided tours” in Tahiti : a minimum of 18 years old is requested to pilot the vehicle.
- "Full Day Lagoon cruise" in Moorea is not available on Sunday
- "Half Day Faaroa River Cruise & Marae Taputapuatea" in Raiatea is not available on Saturday afternoon & Sunday all day.
- Note as well that there is no hiking guide available on 25dec, 01jan & Public Holidays in Tahiti & Moorea.

10. 2011 Air Tahiti Seasonality:
- Low Season: from January 11th to March 31st, & from November 01st to December 10th, 2011
- Mid Season: from April 01st to May 31st, 2011
- High Season: from January 01st to January 10th, & June 01st to October 31st, & December 11th to December 31st, 2011.
Please note that the above airpasses are quoted in Y class. Airpasses in Z class are also available on request with a baggage allowance of 50kg per person; please revert to us for quotation.

11. During Christmas and New Year Season, Special Conditions and Compulsory Meals may apply. Rates and Conditions tba.

12. Additional nights. If additional nights are requested they will be charged as per contract rates.

13. Please advise your clients that family pensions are here quoted. Accommodation is correct. Service is friendly but limited. Please note that these establishments may not meet international hotel standards.

14. Regarding Pension Relais Fenua : please note that Pre Registration is compulsory for any arrival between midnight & 7am. Late Check Out is compulsory for any departure between 7pm & 7am. Pre Registration and Late Check Out are NOT quoted in the 3nights/4days Adventure package in Tahiti (Standard program). Please revert to us should you need to quote them.

Pensions Relais Fenua & Sunset Beach Motel do not have restaurant on site. Continental Breakfasts could be ordered, but lunch and dinner are not available.

15. Cancellation policy:
- If cancellation or date modification received 14 to 8 days prior to the international arrival : 50% of the total quoted is forfeited as cancellation fee
- If cancellation or date modification received 7 days or less prior to the international arrival : 100% of the total quoted is forfeited as cancellation fee.
