IMPORTANT:
Marriage cannot be celebrated on Sundays and holidays (during the year 2011 : 1st January , 5th March, 25th April, 1st & 8th May, 2nd, 13th & 29th June, 14th July, 15th August, 1st & 11th November & 25th December 25th.

The package includes:
- Wedding coordination & planning with the city hall (remittance of paperwork etc)
- On site Wedding Planner who can also act as your witness on spot if needed
- Round trip private transfers hotel/City Hall of Papeete
- Flower lei for the bride & groom
- Sworn Interpreter during the wedding ceremony
- Wedding Certificate
* For legal reasons, the wedding must be celebrated with a sworn translator of the native language of the couple or any other language that the couple understands perfectly. It may be celebrated in French without any sworn translator, only if the couple understands & speaks French (signed sworn statement needed from the couple).

Remarks:
1) Witnesses for the wedding ceremony can be provided gratuitously upon request.
2) The wedding ceremony is generally scheduled during morning hours in Bora Bora or according to flight times between Tahiti & Bora Bora for the sworn interpreted to be able to fly home the same day (or extra fees will apply)
